What is a sphere?
Sphere is our term for our 360 degree panoramic imagery. They are represented on our coverage map by green circles. From the nationwide zoom level, the green circles are clustered to represent our coverage over MSA’s and as you zoom in to the neighborhood level, they will resolve to show our individual spheres.
what are these green bubbles in the imagery?
These green bubbles are other spheres that are adjacent to the location you searched for. If the sphere you are currently viewing isn’t giving you the perfect perspective or shot, click on one of the bubbles nearby and another sphere will load. Note: when you do find your perfect shot and are ready to use Snapshot, these bubbles will not be present in your capture.
how can i find out when a sphere was captured?
On the right side of the viewer, you will want to click on the Sphere Info button. This will provide you with details about the sphere you are currently viewing, including the capture date.
Can i add text and/or additional markers to my scene?
Not yet. We are continuously adding new features to Zwivel and this is on our roadmap.
How can I use the images I capture on Zwivel?
Basic users are allowed to use the images they capture as Royalty-Free as long as they are Zwivel subscribers. This means they may use them in print and digital formats for the purposes of promoting their own business or listing.
If you are planning to re-sell the images for the use by one of your paying customers you qualify as a re-seller. Please contact sales directly for pricing. email@example.com
How do i search for a location that is of interest to me?
There are a couple of ways to search for a location in Zwivel.
When clicking the Scene button on the left side navigation bar, you will be directed to our coverage map. In the upper right corner of the map is a search bar. There, you can enter in an address or a POI and it will zoom to that location and drop a pin on the map. To activate the viewer, you can either click on a sphere icon that is close to the pin or click on the pin itself.
If you are in the viewer and would like to search for a new location, you can enter in an address or a POI in the search bar located in the upper right corner of the viewer. A marker and popup will appear. In the popup, the words “fly here” will be present. Clicking on that will take (fly) you to your new location, if we have coverage. You can also click the “view map” button on the right side of the viewer and it will take you back to the coverage map.
how often do you update your imagery?
Each coverage area will be updated every other year.

You can access this by either clicking the Subscription button or the Profile button on the side navigation bar. There, you will want to click the “Customer Portal” button. Stripe will prompt you to enter the email address you used to create your Zwivel account. You will then receive an email from AerialSphere that will allow you to log in to the Customer Portal.
